    The hotel is located in the heart of Downtown Dallas, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, and transportation.

  • EmpowHer Con is a women-only conference.

    The event is intentionally designed as a dedicated space for Muslim women and women of faith in business, leadership, and personal development to gather, learn, and build community together.

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable once registration is completed.

    This policy applies to attendees, vendors, sponsors, and all ticket types. Because of the planning and resources involved in hosting this experience, we are unable to issue refunds.

    If you are unable to attend, you may contact our team to inquire about possible ticket transfers, depending on availability and timing.

  • Yes.

    All vendors are considered conference attendees as well and will be in the room participating in the conference experience.

    The Vendor Marketplace will take place on Saturday, with specific times announced during the conference for attendees to browse and support the vendors.

    Outside of those designated marketplace times, vendors are welcome to participate fully in the conference sessions.

    This structure ensures vendors receive meaningful visibility while still being able to enjoy the conference sessions and networking.

  • The theme for this year’s conference is Garden Rose.

    Attendees are encouraged to wear different shades of pink while maintaining a dressy, business, or modest elegant style. Many attendees enjoy dressing up for networking, photos, and evening gatherings.

  • Yes.

    Lunch will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday.

    Attendees will be responsible for their own breakfast and dinner arrangements.

  • Yes.

    A hotel room block is available at the Dallas Marriott Downtown.

    Booking details are provided:

    Registered attendees will receive a private booking link for the conference room block.

  • At this time, childcare is not provided by the conference.

    To maintain a focused learning and networking environment for all attendees, children under the age of 15 are not permitted inside the conference sessions or vendor area.

    We appreciate your understanding as we create a professional space dedicated to women’s growth, connection, and business development.

  • Your ticket includes access to:

    VIP ticket holders will receive additional perks and exclusive programming, which will be outlined on the ticket page.

  • Yes. We understand the importance of maintaining our prayers while attending events.

    A designated prayer area will be available at the conference venue so attendees can comfortably observe their salah throughout the day.

    Prayer times will also be announced or displayed so everyone can remain mindful of their obligations while enjoying the conference experience.

  • For attendees traveling to EmpowHer Con, there are two airport options in the Dallas area.

    The closest airport to the venue is Dallas Love Field Airport, which is approximately 12–16 minutes from the conference venue at 650 North Pearl Street in downtown Dallas.

    The second option is Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, which is about 25–30 minutes from the venue depending on traffic.

    Both airports offer easy access to rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis and rental cars.

    *If you have the choice, we recommend flying into Dallas Love Field since it is significantly closer to the venue.

  • Yes. Parking is available at the venue for attendees staying off-site.

    Self-parking is available for $18 per day at the hotel parking facility.

    We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and check-in before the conference sessions begin.

  • EmpowHer Con is designed to create a high-quality, intimate experience, so seating is limited.

    At this time (3/05/2026):

    • VIP tickets are almost sold out

    • 56 Saturday Day Passes remain available

    Once tickets are sold out, we will not be able to accommodate additional registrations, so we encourage securing your spot as soon as possible.
